New You Family Services is a Supervised Visitation and Parent Education company. We offer a wide array of visitation and education options. As a coaching visit company clients can expect us to supervise and coach parents through times they may need guidance.

Our team must excel in oral and written communication. Understanding and Reporting on what we see and hear is at the center of our services. 

Conflict Resolution

Every team needs the skills and qualifications to settle disputes. Team members that can spot potential conflicts and resolve them swiftly and respectfully is an asset.

What We Need

New You Family Services, is looking for part-time and full-time independent contractors to join our team. We offer a variety of scheduling options, Saturday to Thursday from 8:00am to 8:00pm. Shifts are 3-5 hours long. Our work load covers the Greater Kansas City area and surrounding suburbs, in both Kansas and Missouri. The COVID-19 virus has created a diversified work environment, some of our client's services are Virtually while Others are In-Person. We Supervise interactions between Parents and their Children. We Document all the events and communications that occur during our "Visits" and we Coach parents when they need advice and guidance about Parenting. This method also includes Post Visit Parent Education. Below is a list description of a position on our team. We hope you take the next step and apply. 

What's The Job

Candidate must be willing to:

  •  Adhere to Company Ethical Code of Conduct

  •  Have excellent Written Skills and Oral Communication Skills

  •  Ability to set and maintain boundaries

  •  Resolve conflict

  •  Be organized and Detail oriented

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervise interaction between parents and children

  • Document the events that occur during visitations

  • Coach and assist parent when necessary

  • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.

  • Must be able to sit, stand and walk for various periods of time

  • Must have personal mode of transportation, in good working condition

  • Willing to transport clients, parents and/or children

  • Ability to travel 2hr or 40 miles per shift

 

**Must not have previously been under any order for supervised visitation with any child protective agency in any jurisdiction in the last 10 years. **

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Must have a clean criminal history and ability to pass a background check

  • Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance

  • 3+ years of experience working with children

  • High School Diploma or GED, College Education a plus

  • Must be a minimum of 21 years of age

  • Desire to work with families and children in high conflict situations

 

**CPR/First Aid Certification a must**

**BILINGUAL is a plus!**
